How to use the skins242 website:
We made our website as easy to use as possible - just click on any section you would like to view in the index on the left hand side of any page... click on any picture on to see a larger image... click the back button of your browser to return to the section... easy.
The drop down menu below every thumbnail image has 4 different options and you can choose the one to suit your PlayStation... Whether you have a slim PS3 or the old style original fat PS3, every skin is available. You can also chose the option for how your PS3 stands. If it sits flat, chose the 'FLAT' option, if you stand it upright chose the 'UP' option and we will make sure your skins are printed to produce the very best display when fitted. Then click add to cart and you will go to the shopping cart where you can confirm your choice.
When it comes to payment... we only use PayPal and you don't need a PayPal account to pay... all major credit and debit cards are accepted. We use PayPal for the simple reason that it makes paying so easy AND it's totally secure, not to mention every purchase you make is protected.
Please note: skins242 will NOT replace wrongly ordered skins... we will send you exactly what you order. So, please take care and check that you have ordered the correct style for your machine. If you have a slim PS3 DO NOT order a fat skin... we cannot replace wrongly ordered skins.
Postage - every order under £14.97 has a £2.49 postage charge as standard, this is UK rate only. If you are ordering from outside the UK please use the contact us page to ask for postage costs. Any order of £14.97 or over is post FREE... in other words - order 3 or more skins and there is no postage charge.
If you want to use a skins242 skin, you will need one of our special patent pending installation kits. But you will only ever need ONE kit for each PS3... you DON'T need a kit for each individual skin. These can be ordered from the kit page. The good news... you can get a FREE installation kit if you buy 3 or more skins with your first order!
